]]> The Armstrong Bobble Hats are our tribute to the home kit worn by Southampton in the 1985/87 seasons. The team was of course sponsored by Draper tools at this time and had some stunning kits, not least the almost entirely red effort the inspired this amazing hat. We’ve named the hat after David Armstrongn, a shaven headed (!?) forward who struck up a formidable partnership with Steve Moran. They famously combined for Steve to score a last minute winner in a Fratton Park cup tie that you can relive here!

We’ve only made a limited of the hats, they are very much collector’s items.

They famously combined for Steve to score a last minute winner in a Fratton Park cup tie that you can relive here!
